Miami Art Deco Hotels

The Structural Series is Charlotte Fonne's tribute to the Art Deco hotels of Ocean Drive. The style began in 1920s Paris, where her eye was formed, and Miami Beach holds its largest concentration. She has lived a few blocks from these hotels since 2012.

Every piece centers on one hotel. She builds it from many of her own photographs and keeps the facade exact. Around it and over it, she layers the life of South Beach: palm trees, umbrellas, people on the sand, the light on the water.

Each artwork is a limited edition, signed and numbered, printed to gallery standards. Selected works are curated by Lumas and represented across their nineteen international locations.
