FAQ
GENERAL
Do you take all the pictures yourself?
Absolutely! Each image featured in my artworks is personally photographed by me to ensure authenticity and uniqueness. You won't find any mass-produced stock photos in my collections.
How do you create your pieces?
My creative process begins with the careful selection of images, which I then edit and enhance using various photography software applications. By manipulating layers and enriching the colors, I bring my artwork to life. To learn more about my artistic journey, please visit The Artist Page.
Do you offer your artworks as digital files for download?
Unfortunately, no. I am committed to providing my customers with gallery-quality standard photo prints that I can personally certify and endorse for their excellence.
Where are the prints made, mounted and framed?
I work with WhiteWall, an award-winning photo lab known for producing gallery-quality photo prints, mountings, and frames. They have been voted the world’s best photo lab by TIPA seven times.

FRAMING & SIZE
Do you offer framing?
Yes, all three sizes can be purchased mounted and framed with a black or white floater frame. If you would like a different frame style or color, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me at charlotte@charlottefonne.com. I’d be happy to work on a custom order for you!
What size frames do I need for my prints?
The Small and Medium prints come in standard sizes (15" x 15", 15" x 20", 16" x 24", 24" x 36" and 25" x 25"), making it easy to find ready-made frames. For the Large size (40" x 40" and 40" x 60"), I recommend opting for a custom frame from your local framer.
What materials are your frames made of?
My floater frames are custom-made from solid hardwood, creating a unique visual effect with a gap between the image and the frame, which gives the impression that your artwork is levitating. The contemporary design is both elegant and subtle, enhancing the presence of the piece without overwhelming it. Available in two colors—black or white—the frame complements a variety of styles.
What are the sizes of the frame?
Frame measurements:
- Frame Width: 0.6 in. (15 mm)
- Frame Depth: 1.14 in. (29 mm)
- Frame Shadow Gap: 0.27 in. (7 mm)
