Refunds

Since each item is custom-made upon order, I cannot offer refunds for a change of mind once an order has been placed. Please note: e-gift cards are non-refundable and do not expire.

Damages and Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, I will promptly arrange for a replacement. Please contact me within 24 hours of delivery at charlotte@charlottefonne.com with a detailed description and photos of the issue (these assist with filing a claim with the shipping provider). If a return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label to send back the item in its original condition and packaging.

 

Exchanges

Once an order is placed, it immediately enters production and cannot be exchanged or canceled.
