GENERAL

Do you take all the pictures yourself?
Yes, I personally photographed every image used in creating all my artworks, ensuring genuine and unique pieces. There are no mass-market stock photographs to be found in my collections.

How do you create your pieces?
After I selected the images that I will use to create my artwork, I edit them and I process them using different photography software editing applications, I compose the artwork playing with layer and improving the colors. To learn more about my artistic approach, visit the artist page.

Do you offer your artworks as digital files for download?
No. I want my customers to receive a high-quality/museum standard photo print where I can certify and endorse the quality.

Do you offer framing?
No, all of my art prints are shipped unframed, this allows you choose exactly the frame that will match perfectly your interior and will cost you the budget you wish. My prints are offered in 3 standard sizes (A1, A2 and A3 - for more info about the sizes, visit the Size Guide Page) so it’s easy to fine the perfect frame.

Where are the prints made?
I partner with The Print Space, a professional and carbon neutral photo and art printing lab.

What material your prints are made of? What material your prints are made of?
All my prints are museum/ gallery fine art quality.
- Paper: acid-free giclée fine art print on archival Hahnemühle Photorag paper 308gsm.
- Finishing: With gallery quality and a super matt finish, this paper is a favorite in the art printing industry. It produces muted blacks, natural color reproduction, and excellent detail with a smooth cotton feel texture and seamless color gradients.
- Archival: Guaranteed to last 100+ years.

FRAMING AND SIZE

What size frames do I need for my prints?
Depending on the size you choose to purchase, you will need a standard frame A1, A2 or A3. For more info about the sizes, visit the Size Guide Page.

Where can I purchase the frame for your print?
You can check out, Target, Etsy, Plakat Kunst or Amazon.

Do you ship worldwide?
No, I ship to the United States and Europe, Canada, UK, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway
If your country is not listed below, reach out to me at charlotte@charlottefonne.com with the same and the size of the artwork you desire to purchase and I will provide you with a personal quote including your shipping coast.

How long does it take to ship? When will my order ship?
Shipping times depend on the shipping location. Typically, between 4 to 14 business days from your order to your door. This includes 2 to 5 business days to dispatch the order, plus 2 to 3 days of delivery time. You will be notified by email with a tracking number once it shipped..

How will my order be shipped?
We carefully cover your fine art prints with recyclable tissue paper, eliminating the danger of any scratches or folds. Your order is then placed into a robust 100% sustainably sourced recyclable cardboard envelope or tube. Then your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you ensuring a safe delivery.

Do I have to pay customs when I buy a print from you?
No. All my pictures are shipped directly from my partner lab The Print Space and the GST (Goods & Services Tax) is already included in the shipping coast, since I offer free shipping on all order, there is no cost to add to the price of the print at checkout or when receiving your package.

What ship methods do you offer?
EU/EEA and UK and are sent via postage. USA and Canada are always shipped via DHL Express courier.

Do I receive a tracking number once I place an order?
Yes, once your order is submitted you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation means we have added your order to our production schedule. Then you will receive another email with a tracking number once your package has shipped.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your tracking number, please contact me at charlotte@charlottefonne.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.

Once I have placed my order, can I change it or edit the shipping details?
Once an order is placed, it is usually sent to my printer partner right away, so I will likely can not change it as the production may have started! However, feel free to email me at charlotte@charlottefonne.com and I will do my best to help you with any modification of your order.
If you need to edit your shipping details just let me know at the same email address as soon as possible, I will be able to update your details if the order has nit shipped yet.

Does the print come with a certificate of authenticity?
Yes, every print comes signed with a certificate of authenticity, ensuring its genuine provenance and its gallery quality.

Do you offer limited edition?
No, I don’t offer limited edition in my online store. My store is made to make art affordable, easy to buy and quickly delivered. Limited editions are available upon request if available in larger sizes (up to 100cm x 140cm – 40inches x 60inches. Feel free to contact me at charlotte@charlottefonne.com if you need any information about buying a specific artwork in limited edition.
A few times a year, some artwork will be available in limited edition for a limited time. In all cases, the mailing list is notified beforehand so collectors can be ready for secure a piece at its release date and time.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Can I cancel my order?
Orders go into production immediately and cannot be canceled.

Can I return my order?
As all items are custom made to order, therefore once an order is placed, it is not possible to be refunded for change of mind.
Please note: e-gift cards do not have an expiry date, and are non-refundable once purchased.

My order was damaged, can you replace it? My print arrived damaged. What can I do?
Absolutely! If your order is incorrect or arrived damaged, I will I will gladly get a replacement right out to you. Please email me within 24 hours of the delivery at charlotte@charlottefonne.com with a description and the photos documenting the damage or the issue (the photo helps me to file a claim for damages with the shipping service provider). If the return is authorized, you will receive a prepaid return label to send the item back in original condition and packaging to me.
